All texts then have an extension activity for those fast finishers and answers, for teacher use, are on the final page of the document. It also contains a multiple choice quiz, a crossword activity and a wordsearch puzzle to consolidate learning. The Informational Writing Unit is split into three lessons. The first lesson is interactive and involves them cutting out facts, and then sorting these facts into paragraphs. In the second lesson the children need to use these facts to write four paragraphs.
